Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri laid the foundation stone of Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF) to render services in the field of public welfare. The objective behind establishment of this Foundation is to arouse feelings of sympathy in human beings, to create atmosphere of mutual love, brotherhood and to work for the establishment of a real Islamic welfare society by including the less privileged sections in the mainstream. The need of such effort is all the more acute in view of the fact that the developing world lacks proper organized arrangements at the official level contrary to the developed world. The Minhaj Welfare Foundation is engaged in the service of humanity by rising above the distinctions of caste, creed, sex, colour and religion.

Modern Education Foundation Pakistan is a non-governmental and Non-profit organisation. It is established in 2014 in a small city in District Khanewal named as Mian Channu. Mian Channu is surrounded mainly by rural areas. Literacy rate of this area is quite low. Although traditional educational institutes exist here however proper technical and modern education opportunities are few in number. So there was need to fulfil this gap. This gap gave birth to MEF.

Roots of MEF comes from TCP. The computer point is an institute which was established in 2006. At that time, Computer was recently introduced to our nation. It was a thought of every common man that having a computer or operating it is very difficult for him. In this period of time, a computer was deemed to be a luxury only for rich and highly educated persons.

In the meantime, a person made up his mind of learning this difficult task and making it easier for others. His name was Azam Aslam. He spent two year on seeking complete knowledge of this latest technology. When he got complete grip on this, He started to educate other people mostly free of charge. His mission was only to educate our nation so that they never fall behind in any field. His hard work and enthusiasm became fruit full and eventually it became a trend to learn a computer in our own little city.

 As the time passed, people were inclined to learn modern education. Keeping in mind the trench of interest, Mr. Azam gathered some founders and a management team. These founders gained the first mover advantage to introduce modern education in this city. They started this organization MEF in 2014 with supreme goal of modern and technical knowledge for everyone.

بے حد و لاتعداد تعریف اس پیارے مالک کی جس نے جسدِ خاکی کو اپنی پیاری روح سے شاندار بنادیا اور فہم و فراست سے نواز کر اس بات کی طلب قلوب و اذہان میں روشن کر دی کہ ایسی پیاری مخلوق کے خالق کی تلاش کی جائے اور پھر خود ہی اسکا سامان مہیا کر دیا ۔انبیاء و رسول بھیج بھیج کر اپنی محبت کے گلستان کو جگمگاتا رہا اور بے شمار گلشنِ محبتِ پروردگارِ عالم میں نغماتِ محبت گنگنانے والے خوش آواز اور خوش دل انسان اپنی اپنی داستانِ محبت رقم کرتے رہے۔انبیاء و رسولوں کے بعد اللہ کے چاہنے والے موجود رہے۔جن کی ڈیوٹی انبیاء جیسی ہے،کیونکہ آقا صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے بعد نبوت کا سلسلہ بند ہے اور سرکار صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی تعلیمات مکمل ضابطۂ حیات ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ مداواء غمِ انسانیت بھی ہیں۔بیماروں کو شفا یاب ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ مریضِ دل بھی نسخۂ اکسیر حاصل کر سکتا ہے۔سرکار صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا" میرے دوست میری چادر کے نیچے ہیں"۔سرکار صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے دوست سرکار صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں بھی تھے اور سرکار صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ظاہری دنیا سے پردہ فرمانے کے بعد بھی دوست موجودہیں۔دوست اس وقت بھی سرکار صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی چادر کے نیچے تھے اور دوست آج بھی شفقتِ رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے نیچے پروان چڑھ رہے ہیں۔اس طرح دین کو قائم رکھنا،دین کو عام کرنا اور تمام انسانیت کے قلوب کو اللہ کے ذکر سے مزیّن کرنا، کردار کی اصلاح کے ساتھ ساتھ نفس کی تعمیر و ترقی کرنا،دل کی دنیاؤں کو علومِ مافوق الفطرت سے پُر کرنا ،بے چین روحوں کو ابدی تمانیت بخشنا،یہ کام اُس مردِ قلندر کاہوتا ہے جو تابعداریء مصطفی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میں اپنے مشن کو لے کر چل رہا ہواور ان خصوصیات کا حامل ہی مرشدِ کامل ہوا کرتا ہے۔
